My Husband yesterday granted my birthday wish by arranging a night out to see Wicked. With all of our traveling, we have been trying to arrange this date for the past two years.
I was sitting quietly in a meeting, trying to look interested in the presentation, when my Blackberry buzzed.
I discretely opened the email, behold, a meeting invite from my husband for Friday night, March 26. I could not help but giggle. I looked up and all eyes were on me as I was smiling at the desperation my marriage is in to schedule time together. There goes my discretion...not my best working moment!

- I am a working mother with two great boys, age 4 and 7. I work full time and then some. I have recently moved to Richmond, VA from Nashville, TN due to my career. My husband of 9 years is extremely supportive. He travels often, so it is a juggling act to keep my family and career in balance. I am ONE class away from obtaining a Masters of Science in Project Management. (I have been looking forward to typing that statement!)
